Qualifications:
1. College degree holder (Preferably IT related course)
2. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
3. Basic understanding of networking technologies (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching)
4. Good Analytical and Troubleshooting skills
5. Capable of prioritizing and managing own workload.
6. Tech Savvy - keen and resourceful in developing technical skills and knowledge.
7. With good analytical skills and data interpretation from various network platforms.
8. Ability to assess and prioritise faults and respond or escalate accordingly.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Ensure stable and reliable ISP network services (e.g. Internet services, Dedicated connections, Cloud services, etc).
2. Network management of IXS Regional and Internal network (Routers, Switches, etc.)
3. Day-to-day network performance monitoring.
4. Performs network troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
5. Manages internal and external client communications;
