Qualifications:
1. College degree holder
2. Has good verbal and written communication skills.
3. Possesses solid time management skills and organizational abilities.
4. Keen to details; assertive; resourceful and good communication skills.
5. With the ability to establish effective working relationships with all levels of people with a desire to
provide exceptional service.
6. Working knowledge of linux operating systems, basic networking.
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Manage security sensitive systems and applications
2. Access to user credential management, incl. creation of new users and password resets.
3. Managing business critical applications including NOC monitoring systems.
4. Ensure availability of all IT infrastructure for all staff.
5. Assist all staff with their IT related questions and concerns.
6. Continuously improve systems and applications by researching and suggesting improvements
