I am seeking out for Freelancer who can create Viral News Website on Wordpress. It should be Dynamic, responsive site. I already own a domain, it's just site which needs to be created. Though I am open to WordPress themes but I would prefer those who can create a custom theme for me.
Those who have prior experience in this work please get back to me with relevant links to your past work and quotes for the same. Only the candidate who can offer me both designing the custom theme and developing it on WordPress will be preferred.
