Wanting to outsource some of the admin duties for our pool maintenance service.
Scheduling jobs into the calendar that come through from the website.
Updating and entering notes on completed jobs.
Adding new clients to the database.
And maybe the odd small job here and there.
I am looking for either 1 assistant who can work 5 days/week 1-2 hours/day or split the job between 2 assistants.
Not sure what I should be paying per hour as the rates I have seen vary so much..so your honesty when giving your rate will be appreciated.
