Customer/Tech Support Wanted

Part Time Role

Main role duties:
Inbound calls - questions about products, services, troubleshoot
Co-ordinate with other departments to find customer issue solutions
Update customer contact information as necessary
Email customers re requested information

Education/skills
Degree
High level of MS products
Held previous Customer support positions
Excellent verbal and written English
CRM experience

Advantage to
Sales background
Tech support experience
Inbound/outbound sales experience

20 Hours/wwek
Remuneration - negotiable - $200-$400/week
