Qualifications:
• 1 year of RPO experience/3 years of BPO experience is required
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any field (We also accept Fresh Graduates of Psychology or Human Resource)
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Knowledgeable in recruitment, sourcing, interviewing and evaluating the candidates
• Experience in volume and full cycle recruitment and Healthcare Account Experience will be a plus
