• Screen prospective candidates
• Conduct interviews and assess the candidate’s suitability for the vacant posts
• Post job ads in various websites
• Perform various recruitment and administrative tasks including but not limited to sourcing candidates, updating job descriptions, creating reports and updating systems as required.
• Experience in HR functions is preferred but not required
• Can handle pressure
• Internet and computer savvy
• Conversant in the English Language
• Strong organizational skills and strict attention to details
• Must be residing anywhere in the Philippines. (We are not accepting foreign applicants as of this time).
• Strong internet connection
• Reliable PC/Laptop
Starting Rate: $2 per hour
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8PM to 5AM, Manila Time
